Biography

Wu Yaohong, Chief Physician, Department of Ophthalmology, Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, has been engaged in clinical, teaching, and research work in ophthalmology for 24 years. He has strengths in cataract, glaucoma, ocular surface diseases, lacrimal duct diseases, and ophthalmic plastic and cosmetic surgery, with particular expertise in managing complex lacrimal duct surgery. He has done extensive work in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular and systemic diseases, as well as elderly and high-risk patients with eye diseases and severe complex ocular trauma, and has established a rational and efficient diagnosis and treatment workflow, maximizing medical safety.
